• “T. have one son — Henry L. E., born May 1, 1852. Mr. Tripp was elected Supervisor of the town in 1852 and has been twice re-elected, besides serving as Assessor, etc. He planned and supervised the building of the bridge at Afton, over the Rock, at an expense to the town of $2,280 and the labor of seven men for thirty days.”
