• “Married, in 1835, Miss Orpha Hill, a native of Pennsylvania ; she died in August, 1856 ; they had five children — one is dead. In 1857, he married Mrs. Lucretia Parmley ; she was born in New York ; they have three children — one son and two daughters.”
