“Evansville; born in Erie Co., N. Y., in 1825; he removed to Wisconsin in 1848, where he engaged in farming in Union Township, Rock Co. ; he engaged also in mercantile business ; in 1877, he became interested in the Evansville Bank, and, in 1878, was elected President of the same. Mr.”
