“Married Mi>s Nauey Simpson in 1840, who died in January, 1855, leaving five children — Jane, Agnes, William E., Mary and James. He married Miss Nancy Kyle in 1857 ; they have six children — Elizabeth, Levina, John, Thomas, Lillie and Edward. He is a Republican, and the family are members of the Lima Presbyterian Church.”
