John Holden Warren was born at Hogansburg, Franklin county, N. Y.

“D., bom in Hogansburg, Franklin Co., N. Y., Aug. 23, 1825 ; son of Lemuel and Betsey (Eichardson) Wiirren. His grandfather served in the Revolutionary war, and his father, a descendant of the New England Warrens, was a soldier in the war of 1812.”
