• “Janesville ; born in Luzerne Co., Penn., in 1821 ; came to Wisconsin in 1851 and settled on the farm he now owns of 225 acres. Married Miss Delilah Thomas, of Wyoming Co., Penn., in 1844; they have two children — George B., born March 4, 1852, and Hattie H., born May 13, 1860. Mr.”
