Howe, who holds a high place in the business world and social life of Janesville, Wis., is a native of Ohio and was born on May 5, 1860, and is a son of Frank and Martha (Vigan) Howe, both of whom came of English ancestry. He had good educational advantages in early life, which he improved, and after finishing his preliminary studies pursued a course of study at Baldwin University, at Berea, Ohio.”
