• “Wis., October 7, 1863, to William C. and Susan (Long) Weirick, natives of Pennsylvania and Ohio respectively. They were married in the state last named, and in 1858 removed to Rock county, Wisconsin, and settling at Shopiere, where they made a home and passed their lives. The father was a mason contractor and followed his occupation until his decease in 1868.”
