• “She attended the school taught by Leonard Humphrey, 534 Public avenue, and took a prominent part in his first school exhibition, given March 16, 1843. Besides her son, Charles, she had a son, George B., born in 1849 ; died October, 1861. She enjoys a hale old age at her residence in this city with her son.”
