Lynch, another of Avon's prosperous and respected citizens, was born in Ireland June 24, 1843, to Jeremiah and Marsella (Summers) Lynch, both natives of Ireland, and who in 1847 came to the United States and for two years made their home in Boston, Mass., where Mr. Lynch worked at his trade, that of a machinist.”
