• “Cookville ; born in Hancock Co., Me., Sept. 25, 1808; came to Wisconsin in 1845, locating in Union Township, Rock Co., on the farm he now owns and occupies. Married, in Maine, Oct. 25; 1835, Miss Harriet G. Snow, a native of that State; has two children.”
