• “STODDARD was bom in Richland, Oswego Co., N. Y., Jan. 12, 1829 ; came to Wisconsin the latter part of April, 1856, and located in Paris, Kenosha Co. In Richland, he went to school and farmed it with his father ; afterward, farmed it on his own account.”
