• “Fillingham is a native of Montreal, Canada, where he was born December 25, 1831. His parents, Isaac Fillingham and Mary (Hall) Fillingham, were natives of England, but in 1830 they went to Montreal, where they resided until 1832, when they returned to England. After spending twenty-four years in their native place they decided to come to America, and in 1854 landed in Buffalo, N.”
