• “P. 0. Edgerton; born in County Antrim, Ireland, Feb. 11, 1833 ; son of Jamejs and Rachel (Johnson) Green. Came to America, landing in Canada, in 1848, where he lived three years, and come to Wisconsin in the spring of i852, and located in Janesville ; lived there for six months ; came to Edgerton and engaged in blacksmithing.”
