The evidence

• “Footville ; was born in Austintown, Trumbull Co., Ohio, in 1812 ; lived there and was engaged in stock-raising and farming until 1867 ; when he removed to Wisconsin ; has engaged in same business since his residence here. Married, in 1835, Miss Orpha Hill, a native of Pennsylvania ; she died in August, 1856 ; they had five children — one is dead. In 1857, he married Mrs.”
