• “P. 0. Clinton; born in Ireland June 14, 1826; son of John Conley ; Stephen, at an early age, came to America and to Vermont, and, in 1849, settled in Sec. 24 in Clinton ; now has a fine farm of 140 acres under the best of cultivation ; has fine stock of cattle and sheep.”
