• “Evansville ; born in New York Dee. 10, 1819 ; emigrated to Wisconsin in 1850, landing at Kacine in June. In 1853, he located in Union Township, Rock Co., where he engaged in farming ; owns the farm on which he now resides. He married in New York, Oct. 10, 1843, Miss Jane Francisco, a native of New York.”
