COBB, mechanic, Clinton June! ion ; born in' town of Waterbury, Vt., June 4, 1828 ; son of Ebenezer Cobb, a promioent farmei- in that county ; he was a soldier in the war of 1812, and his father was a soldier in the Revolutionary war. Ebenezer Cobb was at the battle of Plattsburg ; he died about 1870, at the age of 78 years.”
