• “Y., in 1808; he moved to Oswego Co., N. Y., and was engaged in farming there till 1859 ; he then came to Beloit and bought eighty acres in Sec. 8, with residence and barns and all improvements ; afterward bought eighty acres for. another party, but had to assume it himself, and again went to farming, which he did not intend doing. He married in Oswego Co., N.”
