“The society now has a membership of 200. The present church edifice was erected in 1844, and rebuilt, in 1874, at a cost of $12,000, of which amount, $2,000 constitutes the present indebtedness of the society. The building, as remodeled, is one of unusual beauty, and has a very pleasant, commodious auditorium.”
