• “Inman, who is a native of Bradford township, Rock county, Wisconsin, and one of the representative farmers of that section, was born May 13, 1870, and is one of a family of six children born to Elijah and Harriet (Barney) Inman, both natives of Pennsylvania, where they were married. The father was born April 26, 1824, and at the age of twenty-nine moved to Plymouth township. Rock county, and settled on a farm and carried on general farming for ten years.”
