• “Isaac P. Morgan ; he purchased thirty-six acres, where now stands Milton Junction ; he built the first Morgan House in 1861, which wasburned Dec. 24, 1872; loss, $20,000; insurance, $14,700; the following spring, he built the present house, which he sold August, 1878, to his son-in-law, Mr. J.”
