• “Armour and Abram Sager. He graduated with honor, passing all the chairs and received his diploma in the year 1864, his specialty being the diseases of women and children. He then went to Prairie du Sac, Wis., and commenced the practice of medicine alone ; from there he went to Shopiere, Wis., and practiced for eight years ; from Shopiere he came to Beloit, where his practice has grown to such an extent that he is unable to attend to all who call on him. Aug 10, 1864, Dr. Bell was commissioned First Assistant Surgeon of the 15th W.”
