• “N. Y., in 1825, Margaret Wood; they had eight children; his wife died in 1854, in Beloit; he married again, in 1856, Mary Foster, widow of Alanson Foster, and sister of his first wife ; his children are living and away from home, except one son, who works the farm and lives with his parents.”
