R. veterans and their friends from Beloit, Janesville, Clinton, Wisconsin, and Rockford, Illinois, held their first reunion in two years at Yost Park near Beloit; the principal address was given by W. J. McKay, department commander of Madison. On the platform were H. L. Philipps, 93 years old, and C. G. Turney, 91 years old, of Beloit.
