Beloit’s streetcars made their final run, ending the city’s streetcar service before the introduction of buses.

With an agreement met, the two companies converged having Beloit Traction Company cease to exist. The directors of Wisconsin, Power & Light decided to drive the streetcar system into the ground and divert repair funds to the purchase of buses.
