Bolens, was established about the year 1866 (files not accessible) and continued by him as a weekly until the summer of 1869, when he removed the plant to Juneau, Dodge county, "Wis., where its publication was resumed by him. The paper was of decided Democratic proclivities, and Mr, Bolens filled the dual position of editor and publisher.
