Janesville Gazette-—The first number of the Gazette was published on the 14th of August, 1845, by Levi Alden and E. A, Stoddard, the firm being known by the name of Aldon & Stoddard. On the 6th day of December, 1845, Mr. Stoddard sold his interest in the establishment to Wm.
