Lynde and wife, and his widow, Mary B. Lynde, quit-claimed the above described property to George D. Dous man, on September 28, 1841, by conveyance recorded January 26, 1842, in Book I of Deeds, page 34. On November 14, 1842, by quit-claim recorded November 15, 1812, in Book J of Deeds, page 124, George D.
